Work through these checks before creating another account, paying again, or repeating an assessment.
A community is missing
Confirm the signed-in email, open My Groups, and check Settings → Communities. If the membership is absent from both places, ask the community admin to confirm its status and email address.
A course or lesson is locked
Check the community, membership or purchase, release schedule, cohort, prerequisites, earlier lesson completion, and quiz score. Draft content is unavailable to members even when an old link still exists.
A quiz or progress result is wrong
Refresh once, reopen the item, and verify whether the attempt was submitted or the lesson control shows completed. Avoid repeated submissions until you know whether the first one recorded, especially when attempts are limited.
A page stays loading or returns an error
- Confirm that other Clases pages load in the same browser.
- Refresh once and retry the exact action.
- Disable only the browser extension that is visibly interfering, or try a current browser.
- Record the route, time, and visible error without copying session data from the address bar or developer tools.
What to send the community admin
- Community, course, and cohort name
- Lesson, resource, or quiz title
- Approximate time and time zone
- What you selected, what you expected, and what happened
- A screenshot cropped to remove passwords, payment data, private messages, memory details, and other members' identities
