1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to clases.community and related applications, communities, learning tools, and connected messaging channels (“Service”). Using the Service or creating an account accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy. A separate written order or community agreement may add terms; it controls only where it expressly conflicts.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding agreement and meet the minimum age in your location. If you use the Service for an organization or community, you represent that you can bind it. Guardians, schools and organizations serving minors are responsible for required permissions and supervision.
3. Accounts and roles
Provide accurate information, protect credentials and multi-factor methods, and notify us of unauthorized use. A community owner controls its membership, courses, roles and community-authored content. Members remain responsible for their submissions and conduct. Do not share provider tokens or grant broader channel permissions than needed.
4. Community authority and messaging consent
A community owner may connect a provider account only when it owns or is authorized to administer that account, number, workspace, tenant or bot. It must give required notices, collect and preserve valid consent, honor opt-outs, limit recipients to the intended program, and keep imported member information lawful and accurate. Terms acceptance is not promotional messaging consent. Clases may require proof of authorization or suspend a channel that risks users or provider access.
5. Acceptable use and anti-spam
Do not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, infringing or dangerous content; credential theft; malware; unsolicited bulk messaging; list purchasing; evasion of consent or opt-out; discrimination; impersonation; or provider-policy circumvention. Do not probe, scrape, overload or reverse engineer protected systems except where law expressly permits. Community owners are responsible for the audiences, timing and claims in messages they author.
6. Connected-channel terms
Channels are optional and may be limited by plan, region, provider approval, quality, template status or rollout. Provider terms also apply.
The community owns and administers its WABA and number and pays Meta’s conversation/template charges unless a written order says otherwise. Embedded Signup authorizes Clases to exchange and encrypt a credential, subscribe the WABA, read public number/template/quality state, and send/receive only for the connected community. Free-form replies must respect Meta’s service window; out-of-window or business-initiated messages require an approved eligible template. The owner must obtain consent, honor stop requests and avoid prohibited messaging. Meta can reject/pause templates, change tier/quality, or revoke access. Clases may block sending or require reconnection. Disconnecting does not transfer ownership of the WABA or number.
Telegram
The owner must be authorized to control the bot and configure BotFather/privacy settings. Clases may process bot updates and map Telegram identities only for the enabled community. Users must be able to stop interaction and revoke consent. Telegram availability, limits and terms apply; removing the bot ends future Clases delivery but does not control Telegram’s independent records.
Slack
A workspace administrator must authorize the requested scopes. The owner must respect workspace policies and may not use pass-through content for unrelated purposes. Slack admins can revoke or remove the app. Clases may stop delivery when scopes, tokens or workspace authorization are invalid.
Microsoft Teams
An authorized tenant/team administrator must install or consent to the app and disclose any tenant policy dependencies. Microsoft terms and admin controls apply. Revocation or uninstall ends future delivery; tenant administrators remain responsible for their workspace records and permissions.
SMS
Where enabled, the program must identify the sending brand/community, purpose, expected frequency, support route, and that message/data rates may apply. Owners must obtain separate affirmative campaign consent—no prechecked box, buried Terms clause, purchased list or condition of purchase. Honor quiet hours, STOP and equivalent reasonable revocations promptly, provide HELP, and send at most a permitted non-promotional confirmation after opt-out. Use UNSTOP only after a valid resubscription. Carrier filtering, delays, segmentation charges and number portability can affect service. SMS opt-in data may not be sold or shared for unrelated marketing. United States senders must complete applicable A2P 10DLC brand/campaign registration and carrier vetting; registration never substitutes for recipient consent.
7. Content and intellectual property
You keep rights in content you submit and grant Clases the limited permission needed to host, transform, deliver, secure and back up it for the Service. Community owners represent that they have rights to their materials and member communications. Clases and its licensors retain rights in the platform, branding, software and documentation. Feedback may be used without identifying confidential information.
8. Fees, provider charges and taxes
Plan fees, refunds and renewals are shown at purchase or in a written order. Community owners are separately responsible for connected-provider charges, including Meta or carrier/SMS charges, unless a written order states otherwise. Provider price changes do not guarantee a Clases refund. Taxes are handled as required. Do not use a payment method without authority.
9. Availability and provider dependencies
We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted delivery, provider approval, a particular messaging tier, template approval, carrier receipt, or permanent availability of a feature. We may maintain, modify or limit the Service for security, law, capacity or provider changes. Status labels that are unknown or stale do not represent provider approval.
10. Suspension, disconnection and termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect a channel. We may restrict or suspend accounts, messages or provider connections for nonpayment, security risk, abuse, invalid consent, legal requests, revoked credentials or provider rules. Where practical we give notice and an opportunity to cure. Termination does not erase accrued fees, ownership provisions, lawful records or obligations intended to survive. Data requests follow the data-rights process.
11. Disclaimers and responsibility
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent law permits. Learning content is not professional legal, medical or financial advice. Community owners—not Clases—are responsible for their courses, claims, recipients and authored communications. Liability limits, governing law and mandatory consumer rights are applied as stated in the applicable purchase, written order and law; nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The displayed version and effective date identify the operative text; material changes receive notice where required. Continuing after an effective change accepts it where law permits, and otherwise the available cancellation rights apply.
13. Contact
Support: support@clases.community. Privacy and data rights: privacy@clases.community. A notice should identify the account/community and issue, but must not include passwords, access tokens or full payment-card data.
