Configure Pricing, Billing, Payouts, and Member Access

Open Creator console → Monetization for the revenue summary, then Settings → Monetization for configuration.

Understand the sections

• Pricing — plans, billing intervals, regional options, trials, promotion codes, and access attached to new purchases where available.
• Payouts — the verified provider account that receives eligible funds and its compliance status.
• Affiliates — referral eligibility, commission, payout, and attribution policy.
• Billing — the community subscription, payment method, payment history, AI/channel usage or credits, and account-level billing actions available to the owner.

Change a live offer safely

1. Record the current plan, interval, currency/region, trial, promotion, access, and active subscriber count.
2. Decide whether the change applies only to new buyers or requires an approved migration.
3. Review tax, refund, affiliate, and member-communication impact.
4. Save the new offer without removing the old one until the intended purchase path is verified.
5. Test the About/landing checkout with a non-admin test account and supported locale/currency.
6. Reconcile the resulting access, provider record, Clases report, and attribution.

Keep payout onboarding, tax, bank, and payment-card details inside the secure provider flow. Never collect them in a post, direct message, Help article, or screenshot.

Deleting a community is destructive and can affect billing, content, integrations, and member access. Export required records, resolve subscriptions/payouts, revoke integrations, and confirm the exact community before proceeding.
